We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

  • Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Non-returnable items: Some items, including personalized or custom-made products, are not eligible for returns.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. We will help you exchange the item as long as it meets the return conditions.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Return Instructions: We will send you instructions for how to return your items.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the item back to the address we provide. Please ensure it is securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
